The prebuilt dashboard in Easy Insight is designed to help you get started. You can customize any of these reports or replace them with your own.
The overview provides you with a summary view across your sales, customers, and manufacturing.
Trends help you understand historical performance of your sales and customer acquisition.
Sales trends help you compare sales of SKUs across different time periods to see how particular products are trending.
Seasonal trends shows you month over month sales across years, helping you to understand which months have the highest demand as you determine upcoming demand for forecasting.
The Inventory Demand tab shows you stock quantities, demand, and days of inventory for the different SKUs in your Katana. You can see both the sales quantities for the specified time period as well as total quantity factoring in manufacturing recipes. You can also click on a particular SKU to jump into a dashboard specified to the variant:
The first tab of the product dashboard contains the month over month total demand of the product or material. For products, it'll show you the total sales of that product, while for materials, it'll show total sales of products built using this material as an ingredient in their recipe. These totals include subassembly quantities.
The second tab of the product dashboard shows additional information about the variant and what materials go into it or what products are built using it.
The third tab of the product dashboard shows you manufacturing orders specific to the variant.
The fourth tab of the product dashboard shows you purchase orders specific to the variant.
The Inventory Movements tab shows you all of the inventory movements across your Katana data. These movements include sales orders, purchase orders, manufacturing order, stock transfers, and stock adjustments. You can search on a batch number to look at the movements tied to a particular batch.
The Inventory Movement Stock tab shows you cumulative inventory quantity. You can filter to a particular SKU to look at the historical inventory level of that SKU.
The Sales tab shows you sales by source and month, as well as a table of sales details. You can use this tab to identify where your orders are coming from.
The Product Sales tab breaks out your product sales by category and product, as well as by category and month.
The Global Shipped tab shows you where in the world your orders are shipping out to.
The Purchases tab provides a variety of views on your purchase orders, breaking down totals by suppliers, outstanding totals by suppliers, and more.
The Lead Time Trends tab helps you compare lead times for a given supplier across two time periods to track supplier performance and help hone in the accuracy of your lead time projections.
The Manufacturing tab provides you with a high level view of your manufacturing orders across a variety of reports.
The Manufacturing Operations tab breaks down planned manufacturing hours to help identify resource allocation of resources and operators.
The Material Used tab helps break out the cost of materials used over the specified itme period across your manufacturing.
The Batch Stock tab show you expiring batches as well as providing a searchable way to look at remaining quantities and expiration dates across your batches.
