Two Way Data Sources

For certain connection types, you can now create two way data sources. Quickly edit your data directly from Easy Insight reports, improving your productivity and opening up whole new possibilities on top of your existing systems!

Why use two way connections?

Quickly create, reassign, and delete tasks across projects in Basecamp and Teamwork

Make mass adjustments of custom fields on your deals in Highrise, Pipedrive, or Hubspot

Set due dates or custom fields on your Freshdesk or Zendesk tickets

Integrate data between systems and run integrations directly from your reports--click on a ticket and create a task

To get started, click into your data source and click on 'Enable Two Way Connection', as shown below:

This screen will explain which sources are editable within your data source. Depending on your data source, differing amounts of the folders and fields within those fields may be editable. If there are certain folders or fields you want which aren't available, please contact us and we'll do our best to implement.

After you enable a two way connection on the data source, you'll be redirected to an automatically generated report or dashboard to help you get started. In most cases, you'll be redirected to a list report.
